In Teams of 3 – Complete the following for 35 minutes….

One Partner Rowing at ALL times… Every time there is a transition, the entire team completes 5 Burpees.

The 2 Teammates that are not rowing will complete the following…

AMRAP of …..

20 Pull Ups

30 Push Ups

40 Air Squats

(Only one person working at a time on the AMRAP)
