200m overhead walking lunge (scale to body weight walking lunge)

30 plate ground to overhead

300m bear crawl (scale to mountain climbers x 300 R+L = 2)

20 plate ground to overhead

400m run with plate (scale to run minus plate)

10 plate ground to overhead
