30 synchronized Deadlifts (2 lift/1rest)

30 synchronized Burpees over the Barbell (2 working/1 resting)

Barbell Carry 400 Meters (2-3 holding the bar)

30 Wallball tosses back and forth (2 working/1 resting)

90 synchronized lock and lunge (2 athletes working / 1 resting)

90 synchronized sit ups (2 athletes working / 1 resting)
