At CFOIB, we take pride in our quality program design. All of our programming­­Group, Small Group, Private, and Nutrition­­is g​oal­based.​Simply put, we provide our clients with the means to improve their health and performance in ways that are aligned with their needs and desires.

Group Coaching Program

Our Group Coaching Program is designed with the flexibility to meet the needs our diverse community, which include: military special forces, expecting moms, postpartum moms, doctors, teachers, police officers, firefighters, business executives, accomplished athletes, and retirees. You get the picture…Regardless of your current level of fitness, you will benefit from the coaching at CFOIB with the opportunity to choose from three different paths within our group classes to achieve your goals.

At a fraction of the cost of traditional personal training, our Group Coaching Program allows our athletes to work with a professional coach within a supportive community. In one­hour group sessions, participants will be lead by expert coaches through multiple phases of fitness and recovery, including:​mobility drills to improve and restore joint mobility and function; skill­based warm­up to prepare the body for the workout; the Workout of the Day – which might be any combination of gymnastics, running, jumping, squatting, kettlebells, Olympic weightlifting, and more; post­workout recovery techniques to prepare you for the rest of your day and for your next workout.

Private Coaching Program

Private coaching is recommended if you have been sedentary for a long period of time, are training for a specific sport or event, have significant health limitations, or just prefer the additional attention and accountability of private coaching. To best suit the needs of our members, we offer private coaching with personalized program design in both one­on­one and small group settings. We believe real results are measurable, so to track (and celebrate!) your successes, we include before and after photos, benchmark WODs, body measurements, *Nutritional Coaching, weekly email followups, and 20 – 30 minute consultations both before and after.

When it comes to achieving specific, personal goals, nothing matches private coaching. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, increase strength, improve technique, prepare for an event, or just prefer a private experience, an individually designed program means ​faster results.​ Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your fitness goals, assess your movement, and design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths, preparing you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible. Tailored to your specific needs, your program will include:​ mobility exercises to improve and restore joint range of motion; skill­-based warm­up to prepare for specific movement patterning; strength and conditioning exercises chosen to specifically achieve your goal; post­workout recovery techniques; nutritional guidance; health, wellness, and lifestyle support​. One-on-one coaching is a phenomenal way to receive the undivided attention of one of our expert coaches, but if it doesn’t fit into your budget, we encourage you to consider our small group coaching option.​

Nutrition Coaching Program

Our approach to nutrition has been the same since we opened our doors in 2009 and is pretty basic: Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch, and no sugar. In other words, you will be eating r​eal food.​The goals of the CFOIB Nutrition Coaching Program are a varied and individualized, but in most cases, ​we aim to help you: establish and take action towards achieving nutrition based goals; modify behaviors in order to achieve those goals; become self­reliant and gain confidence; take greater responsibility and accountability for actions and commitments.

Our program includes personalized weekly meal plan + weekly weigh­in/measurement testing and one­on­one counseling with a Nutrition Coach. Our clients on our meal planning typically lose up to 2lbs a week and achieve the most success with our program. Proper diet and nutrition are an integral part of any fitness program. The CFOIB Nutrition Coaching Program is right for you, if:
